About T-FIT TRAINING

My name is Tai Lewis.  I am a certified personal trainer who is passionate about helping my clients feel great and meet their goals through health and fitness.  I am a mother of two, a wife, an entrepreneur , and an entertainer.  I understand ALL the struggles of losing weight and getting in shape...from no time, no energy, no motivation, the list goes on and on!!  The fact that you are on this page signifies you are ready for a change.  With my help and encouragement, you will be on your way to getting the body of your dreams!  


My philosophy is getting healthy and  shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness.  You WILL be sore...but the benefits of fitness is worth way more than the discomfort.   I promote healthy weight loss (no fad diets here!) and healthy training practices.  My focus for my clients is to make sure that they understand proper form, healthy nutrition practices, and lifestyle.  My workouts focus on lifting and toning trouble areas such as the abs, glutes (the booootay!) and the upper arms (jiggle no more!).  Contact me today for a free consultation either in-person or online.

Workout Plans To Fit Your Needs

Everyone is different!  What may work for one person may not work for you!  You need a customized plan that works specifically with your unique body to get you to your specific goal.  I specialize in providing customized workout and nutrition plans that are tailored to getting you to your goals!

Accountability

You can have the best workout and nutrition plan, but without someone to motivate you and keep you accountable, you may not see the results you want!  I will be here for you to keep you on track and to hold you accountable!

Nutrition Planning
